Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a dental or medical office setting and possess knowledge of patient scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk operations.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft or Epic for administrative tasks

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Dental Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or in a similar role
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and insurance protocols
- Experience working at the front desk of a dental office, urgent care facility, or ER is advantageous
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications
